Primavera Development bought two plots in Bucharest: a 12,700 sqm plot in the city’s Orhideelor district as well as a 2,200 sqm plot on Calea Dorobantilor street. Primavera is planning to develop two office buildings on the sites. The company also intends to start construction on a new residential project in the northern part of Bucharest this year.
The company, controlled by the Tanasoiu family and Eelko Korteweg, has developed several projects on the local market, including S-Park Business Park in Piata Presei Libere, which was later sold to Immofinanz for approximately €100m.
