The real estate developer Prime Kapital, founded by two of the former NEPI Rockcastle managers, plans to start work on the Silk District project in Iasi by the end of the year. Ziarul Financiar reports that an announcement on the project is expected to be made next week. Silk District would be the first mixed-use project developed by Prime Kapital, which according to ZF will built on a 10 ha plot of land in Iasi, should include not just office buildings and apartments but retail and hotel facilities as well.
