Prime Kapital has started construction on Marmura Residence in Bucharest. Going up in the capital’s Bucurestii Noi neighborhood, the scheme will offer 465 apartments and 509 underground parking spaces. Marmura Residence will spread across 1.5 ha and include 5,000 sqm of green spaces and terraces, 1,700 sqm of retail and service spaces as well as an exclusive recreation area for residents. Construction is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2021.
