Prime Kapital broke ground on the first modern shopping center in Targoviste, southern Romania. Dambovita Mall will offer 150 stores, including a Carrefour hypermarket, as well as restaurants, a cinema, recreation and leisure spaces and children’s playgrounds on 33,000 sqm. The investment is valued at about €50m. “So far, we have a rental rate of over 80 percent, and we will offer unique spaces for leisure and relaxation at the official opening in 2020,” says Ioana Vlad, leasing manager at Prime Kapital.
