Prime Kapital obtained the building permit for Pleiades Residence that will be built on the former platform of “Uzina 1 Mai”, in Ploiesti. The complex will have direct access to Prahova Value Center shopping center that is also part of Prime Kapital portfolio.
The residential project will be developed on a 18,400 sqm plot and will consist of 498 apartments and 400 parking seats following a EUR 30 million investment. Pleiadas Residence will be delivered by the end of 2023.
