Prime Kapital is preparing for the delivery of the first homes in Marmura Residence starting with the end of next year. “The project covers a plot of 1.5 ha, next to the Jiului metro station, and offers 465 apartments and 6 private offices. The construction is in an advanced stage, the resistance structure is currently being worked on. We have already sold 73% of all apartments for sale.
