With its new brand group June Six Hotel, June Stay and WorX, the hotel operating company Primestar Group introduced last year a new product concept with an integrated offer in the hotel, long-stay and workspace segment. The first June Six Hotel opened successfully during Summer 2022 at Savignyplatz in Berlin.
In June 2023, the Primestar Group’s first June Stay will open: the June Stay Lake Garda. Consequently, the international expansion course of the Primestar Group will be continued after the recent opening of the Double Tree Vienna Schönbrunn. The Garda lake resort, located directly at the lake near Brenzone, comprises 46 spacious apartments offering the complete June Six Experience. The apartments´ size ranges from 35 to 80 sqm. All appartments have air conditioning and heating, a fully equipped kitchenette, living room with dining table, 1 or 2 bedrooms and a terrace or private garden, many with direct lake views of Lake Garda. In addition, June Stay Lake Garda hosts its own restaurant with local specialties as well as a bar and conference facilities. The guest experience is enhanced by a wide range of leisure activities including a pool with terrace, beach access, stand-up paddling, boats, mountain bikes and cultural offerings. June Stay Lake Garda has its own underground car park. The resort will be a unique attraction for tourists and is also perfectly suitable for extended workations.
The future June Stay Garda Lake property is owned by Crown S.C.A. SICAV-RAIF, a Luxembourg-based institutional fund, and is currently undergoing a comprehensive restructuring in accordance with the June Six standards.
June Stay is the extension of the June Six world and offers rooms for long-term bookings. Most rooms will offer additional space and amenities such as kitchenettes and home office furniture to optimize the guests living experience.
