Andreas Erben, Managing Director of Primestar Group: “With this opening, Primestar Group once again demonstrates its successful partnership with IHG Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Worldwide. Our special thanks for the renewed confidence in a successful partnership goes to Union Investment as the investor and landlord of the hotel complex. Many thanks also to Hans Werner Wessling and his team from Lambert Immobilien as well as to Werner Mürz and his team from the RESIDIA Group. The property developers realized this hotel complex with excellent quality. We are delighted that our largest project has become such a unique hotel that, with its architecture and special concept, will be the new hotspot in the north of Munich.“
Dieter Esslinger, Managing Direcor of Primestar Hotel GmbH: “In coordination with Lambert Immobilien and RESIDIA Group, we have developed a mobility concept that includes 2 electric cars, several charging stations, e-bikes and bicycles. These can be rented online by our customers. It will also be possible to buy local transport tickets at the hotel reception, which guarantees our customers the best possible flexibility for a pleasant stay. This ensures an excellent connection. Munich is not only an attractive business location in Germany, but also offers an exciting mix of urbanity, culture and sustainability.“
Erben concluded: “We have used the last challenging year to further reposition the company for growth as already announced in June 2021. With its existing hotels in German A-cities we are firmly convinced that the Group is well positioned for the forthcoming recovery period. We continue the repositioning of the Group around the strategic areas of technology and digitalization as well as the establishment of an own brand focusing on long-term stay and work space.“
