The Deposit Insurance Agency is offering 17 pieces of real estate belonging to Privredna banka Beograd, which is in bankruptcy. Eleven buildings were offered for sale, six of which are located in Belgrade while others are found in Sremska Mitrovica, Pozarevac, Novi Sad, Valjevo and Gornji Milanovac. The remaining six assets on sale are agricultural and forest plots of land in the municipality of Loznica. The most valuable of the properties is the one on Krušedolska Street in Belgrade, which has an estimated value of €483,000. Each asset will be sold off through a tender in public bidding. Bids are to be submitted by June 24, with the opening scheduled for June 30.
