Pro Direct Sport is set to open its first CE distribution center in the Czech Republic. The UK-based sport e-shop has chosen CTPark Teplice, where it plans to start operation in a built-to-suit distribution center in April which will serve customers in Western Europe. The facility is currently under construction. Cushman & Wakefield acted as Pro Direct Sport’s exclusive real estate advisor on the project. The distribution center will include approximately 12,600 sqm of light production, logistics, and warehouse space and 760 sqm of office and social area. Pro Direct Sport currently operates two distribution centers: one in the UK and one in the US.
