PRO-LOG has renewed its lease at MLP Pruszków I and also signed on for an additional 5,000 sqm of space, increasing its operations at the logistics park to 20,000 sqm. The company’s office space will be increased to about 600 sqm and its facilities will be equipped with state-of-the-art LED lighting. PRO-LOG has been an MLP Group tenant since 2008. MLP Pruszkow I, MLP Group’s first logistics park, offers 170,695 sqm of warehouse and manufacturing space developed on 43 ha. Over the last decade and a half, the park has become a small town with its own internal infrastructure. The facility has more than 50 tenants, leasing between 200 sqm and 18,000 sqm of space.
