V hotelu Grand Hotel River Park v Bratislavě včera proběhlo slavnostní gala spojené s vyhlášením cen CIJ Awards Slovakia 2016, udělené v osmnácti kategoriích nejlepším projektům a nejúspěšnějším firmám lokálního trhu s nemovitostmi. V rámci průmyslového sektoru odešli jako vítězové členové týmu společnosti P3 v kategorii Best Warehouse Development za projekt parku P3 Bratislava, Lozorno – Faurecia SUV. CTP byla pro změnu před početným publikem vyhlášena vítězem kategorie Leading Green Building Development & Developer of the Year za projekt CTPark Voderady. Nováčkem mezi výherci byla společnost Imagine Development, která zvítězila v kategorii Best Residential Development & Developer díky projektu Hajpark. Nicméně zaslouženým vítězem kategorie Leadership of the Year je pro všechny v oblasti rezidenčního trhu dobře známý Milan Murcko (YIT). Cenu Transaction of the Year vyhrálo Central Shopping Centre (akvizice Allianz Real Estate Germany/JLL).
Za vykonanou práci na nové kanceláři NN obdržel tým společnosti Cushman & Wakefield ocenění v kategorii Best Fit Out of the Year. Cristina Dumitrache, Managing Partner společnosti Cushman & Wakefield, si na pódium přišla převzít další tři ocenění v kategoriích Property Management Team of the Year, Retail Lease of the Year (Starbucks) a Office Lease of the Year (Abbovie). Mezi další významné vítěze se řadí společnost JLL v kategorii Capital Markets Team of the Year. Společnost CBRE zvítězila ve třech dalších kategoriích, a to Warehouse, Office and Retail Power Broker Team of the Year. A konečně na závěr, poprvé se na pódium pro cenu dostavil celý tým společnosti HERRYS v rámci kategorie Local Power Broker Team of the Year.
Cenu si opět přišla převzít advokátní kancelář Wilson & Partners, která byla porotou zvolena vítězem Law Firm of the Year a Tatra banka kategorie Bank Team of the Year.
