While procurement prices for basic agricultural products increased by 5.3 percent y-o-y in March, they fell 0.3 percent from the previous, according to data published by the Central Statistical Office (GUS). Procurement prices for barley, poultry and cow milk were lower in March when compared to February. Marketplace prices for triticale, maize and potatoes were also lower. Procurement and marketplace prices for cattle dropped as well, according to GUS.
