Proda Mont is planning to invest more than KM 10m (€5.1m) into the construction of two residential buildings, offering a total of 140 apartments, in the Bosnian cities of Doboj and Teslic. The scheme on Vojvode Misica street in Doboj will include seven floors, while the building in Tesic, on Karadjordjeva street, will have four floors. Completion is set for May 2018. Proda Mont has been operating in Bosnia and Herzegovina for 11 years and has more than 1,000 residential units in its portfolio.
