IMS: Signed a 4-year contract with a gas station chain to provide audiomarketing and digital signage services, the company said. The estimated value of IMS’ revenues from the contract is PLN 10 million. As a result of the contract, the issuer’s portfolio of subscription locations will expand by about 900 units.
PKP Intercity: has signed three agreements that will allow travelers to buy train tickets in a new online sales system as early as next year, and they will be able to use the full functionality of the new system in the last quarter of 2024, the carrier reported. The first contract is for the e-IC 2.0 Internet sales system, while the second and third contracts are for the licensing, implementation and maintenance of the new Central Sales System and reservation service. PKP Informatyka will be the contractor for the systems. The total value of all contracts is more than PLN 143 million gross.
Allegro: Allegro Pay – a subsidiary of Allegro.eu – has signed a term sheet with Aion Bank and the bank’s subsidiary Vodeno setting out the general principles of a future cooperation agreement between Allegro Pay, Aion and Vodeno on new products based on the Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, Allegro reported. The agreement in this regard is expected to be concluded by April 28, 2023.
XTPL: Confirmed an order placed by China-based Yi Xin (HK) Technology Co., Ltd for the delivery of a Delta Printing System device, which is tantamount to a sales agreement, the company reported. This is the third sale of the device to the Chinese market.
