Trading for $180 per square foot on a 1.54 acre site, the property is located 1003 East Newport Center Drive. Built in 1997 the asset encompasses 7,608 sq. ft. of air conditioned warehouse space with 20-foot clear ceilings, 6,398 sq. ft. of office space, and 42 parking spaces. The seller, SNS Properties, Inc., was represented by CBRE Broward County-based industrial brokers Larry Genet and Tom O’Loughlin.
