Profi leased 4,900 sqm at CTPark Bucharest West.
The logistics park offers 34,000 sqm of space and is located 23 km from downtown Bucharest, with direct access to the A1 highway. Tenants include Rhenus Logistics, Tibbett Logistics and Dumagas Transport.
Czech developer CTP acquired Mercury Business Park earlier this year and renamed it CTPark Bucharest West. It also acquire Cefin Arad, which it renamed CTPark Arad.
