Project Immobilien has begun construction of Park Lane, a new residential project on Bayreuther Straße in Nuremberg offering 134 apartments. Along with the apartments, a trio of 194 sqm commercial units will also be offered for sale. The developer reports that it’s managed to sell 51 units even before construction got underway. In all, 8,470 sqm of new residential living space will be created on a 4,40 sqm plot of land. A totla of 48 flats with two to four rooms of up to 112 sqm will be offered in the back portion of the property while 86 smaller units of just two rooms will be located towards the front. Park Lane is being built on the site of the former Brunswick Bowling Center. Project Immobilien is selling flats in two other projects in Nuremberg.
