Project Immobilien is set to develop a residential project in Berlin’s Lichtenberg district. The scheme, I LOVE Lichtenberg, will feature 65 units which are already available for purchase. The property will include five family houses with two to four-room units as well as gardens, balconies and roof terraces. A children’s playground and outdoor seating will be developed in the middle of the 7,727 sqm plot. Construction is set to begin in 2018.
