Prokapital’s Q1 revenues rose 121 percent over the first quarter of 2017, jumping from €3.07 million to €6.79 million. Profits were also way up 122 percent, from €935,000 in Q1 last year to €1.8 million in the first three months of 2018. This growth is largely due to sales in the their Kristiine housing project and Marsi 6 buildings in Tallinn, which were completed in Q4 2017. Construction of its River Breeze Residence in Riga has also been completed with four luxury apartments having been sold in the last week. The developer also began construction of an office complex in Riga’s Zvaigznes Quarter. In Lithuania, the first stage of their Šaltinių Namai development has been almost completely sold and the second phase of construction is now underway.
