Prologis European Properties Fund II acquired a logistics park in Fogars de la Selva, near Barcelona, from CBRE Global Investors. The price of the deal was agreed to be kept confidential. Prologis was advised by Estrada & Partners in the transaction. The park offers 27,300 sqm of space in two buildings. One building is already fully leased, while the second building still has space available.
