Industrial developer Prologis has bought three adjoining warehouse buildings in Pembroke Park, Fl. for a combined $30.3 million. Building I, which sold for $8,560,000, offers 73,806 square feet and is located at 3986 Pembroke Rd where it sits on 1.7 acres. Buildings II and III sold for $10.87 million each and are both 94,326 square feet. They are located at 3890 and 3898 to 3922 Pembroke Road. The price for the combined 262,458 square feet of space was $115 per square foot. The buildings were built between 2001 and 2003 by the Kelsey’s companies.
