Prologis started construction on two new logistic warehouses totalling 62,325 sqm at its industrial park in Nitra, western Slovakia. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2018. The new additions will bring the total leasable area at the park to 95,000 sqm. Prologis Park Nitra, located next to the new Jaguar Land Rover plant, currently under construction, attracts strong interest from global and local suppliers, with 34,000 sqm out of the 62,325 sqm of new space already pre-leased to six customers. A further 15,600 sqm is under offer to another six customers, bringing the pre-lease total to 80 percent.
