Prologis started speculative construction on a 21,140 sqm distribution warehouse at Prologis Park Bratislava. The developer wants to take advantage of increasing demand from tenants in the region. The building, DC15, will go up on a 22.6 ha site Prologis acquired in Q2. The plot has the potential for an additional 66,000 sqm of space. The land acquisition was facilitated by Modesta Real Estate. Prologis Park Bratislava currently includes 13 warehouses totaling 320,000 sqm of manufacturing and distribution space. The park is located 24 km east of Bratislava’s city center, 2 km from Senec and 16 km from the international airport.
