Construction started on a new facility at Prologis Park Budapest-Harbor. The investment will offer 10,000 sqm and is Prologis’ first BIM-designed facility in the CEE region. BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an intelligent 3D model-based process that helps architecture, engineering and construction professionals to more efficiently plan, design, construct and manage buildings and infrastructure. The cost of the investment was not disclosed. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2019.
