Prologis has acquired a distribution warehouse near Opa-locka for $25.75 million. Located at 12300 Northwest 32nd Avenue in Miami, the 343,553-square-foot building was developed in 1981 on a 12-acre lot within the Gratigny Industrial Park. Purchased from Futernick Associates, the asset is currently leased to Iberia Foods. The company is the largest owner of industrial real estate in the world and has been active in the South Florida market, having spent $407 million on assets in Broward County in 2015 alone.
