Prologis completed a 30,250 sqm BTS facility for HP Tronic, an e-retailer of consumer electronics active in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The new building, located at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny, was designed to meet HP Tronic’s stringent storage requirements. The company operates the Euronics retail chain, which is set to merge with Datart. Prologis Park Prague-Jirny, which is now at full capacity, features seven buildings totaling more than 330,000 sqm of distribution space. It is located 8 km east of the Prague city border with direct access to the D11 motorway, allowing for efficient distribution to local markets and neighboring countries.
