Prologis completed three BTS warehouses totaling 76,000 sqm around Prague. Červa, a wholesale personal protection equipment supplier, signed a lease on 32,100 sqm of new BTS space at Prologis Park Prague-Airport. An additional 31,720 sqm will go to Mall.cz, an e-shop selling consumer goods and electronics, at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny. An automotive services provider also took a 12,350 sqm production facility in Jirny.
“Location and flexibility remain the key criteria for companies looking to strengthen their business in the CEE markets, especially from our production and e-commerce customers,” said Martin Polák, senior vice president and country manager for Prologis Czech Republic and Slovakia. Prologis Park Prague-Airport currently includes two buildings on 33 ha, with space for an additional 63,000 sqm. Located next to the R6 highway, just five minutes from the Prague airport, Prologis Park Prague-Jirny offers 266,000 sqm of distribution space. The park is located 20 km east of Prague with direct access to the D11 motorway.
