Prologis has started construction on a pair of build-to-suit warehouses with a total of 40,000 sqm in Prologis Park Wrocław IV in Kąty Wrocławskie. One is a 20,300 sqm building for Jotul Polska, a new subsidiary of Norwegian stove and fireplace producer Jøtul. Completion of Jøtul’s building, made possible by a transaction facilitated by CBRE, is scheduled for the end of the year. The other shed is a 18,300 sqm facility for Yusen Logistics where completion is set for the Q3 2019. The building is going up thanks to a lease expansion brokered by JLL. Currently comprised of three warehouse buildings totaling 50,000 sqm of GLA, Prologis Park Wrocław IV will be fully developed once these last two buildings are completed.
