Prologis completed the acquisition of Westgate Park Rudna. The distribution facility, renamed DC18, covers 28,000 sqm of leasable space and includes 14 ha of surrounding development land. The property is currently 52 percent leased to Sportisimo. Prologis is combining the new facility with its adjacent Prologis Park Prague-Rudna.

Prologis Park Prague-Rudna now includes 18 buildings totaling 191,000 sqm of modern distribution space. It is located 20 km from the Prague city center, just off the D5 highway and near the Prague airport.
