Prologis Fully Leases Prague D1 Parks After Agreement With Helicar

Prologis, Inc., the global leader in industrial real estate, today announced
that it has signed a lease agreement with Helicar, an industry leader in international car transport, for 10,000 square metres of distribution and office space at Prologis Park Prague D1 East.

“We are very pleased to have concluded this new agreement with Helicar, which means that both Prologis Park Prague D1 East and West are now fully let,” said Pavlina Plaskova, Prologis’ leasing manager for the Czech Republic. “Location is a priority for most of our customers, and we are glad to be able to provide them
with high-quality space in the D1 zone, which is one of the most highly-sought-after areas in the region.”

“Important part of the business of our newly acquired company, All In Logis, is the transportation and distribution of home appliances. Therefore it was crucial for us to choose the best possible location for our new distribution base. Prologis simply offered the best location, the most suitable size of unit and a great level of understanding of our business needs” said Vít Hrabánek, General Manager, Helicar.

Prologis Park Prague D1 East & West are state-of-the-art parks, totalling 212,000 square metres of industrial space. The parks are adjacent and located at the D1 motorway, just 11 kilometres south east of Prague
at the Ríčany/Jesenice junction.
