Newrest, a global leader in restaurant and catering solutions, expanded its space at Prologis Park Barajas to 5,500 sqm. Marketing firm Caher, meanwhile, took 2,600 sqm at Prologis Park Coslada. The deals increased the occupancy rate of Prologis’ Spanish portfolio to 96.6 percent. The advisors for the transactions were CBRE and Aguirre Newman.
