Modesta Real Estate represented Prologis during its acquisition the acquisition of Prologis Pilsen Park II from Mountpark Logistics EU. The 43,700 sqm of leasable space in the park (originally named Mountpark Pilsen) is currently unoccupied and has another 3 ha of developable land. It’s located 16 km west of Pilsen and marks the second investment by Prologis in the area. “Pilsen is an established logistics market and a target one for Prologis. This acquisition provides a good growth opportunity in a high demand region,” says Martin Polak, Senior Vice President, Regional Head, Prologis CEE.
