Prologis broke ground on a BTS facility for VAFO Praha, the Czech pet food producer. Completion of the 23,710 sqm warehouse will bring the park to its full capacity after four years since its acquisition in September 2014. The park, located at exit 5 on the D5 motorway to Pilsen, will feature a total of 250,000 sqm of modern distribution space. VAFO will relocated from Building 6 to Building 19 in the park. The new lease, facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield, will begin in the second quarter of 2018.
