Prologis secures 98k sqm in leases on HU market

Prologis has signed six lease agreements amounting to 98,000 sqm in five of its parks in Hungary, a signal the company says that the country’s warehouse tenant market remains strong at the start of 2016. The transactions include a lease renewal from Geodis for 27,800 sqm in Prologis Park Budapest-Budaörs along with renewals with Schneider Electric (24,800 sqm in Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget), with LGI Logistics Group International (10,700 sqm in Prologis Park Budapest M1) and a 6,000 sqm expansion in Prologis Park Budapest-Batta with a customer that currently occupies 28,600 sqm. Prologis also signed a new lease with Schneider Electric for 16,000 sqm in Prologis Park Budapest M1.
With a portfolio of six parks, totaling 612,000 sqm of space, Prologis has established itself as a leader on the Hungarian market.
