Prologis has received BREEAM certification for six of its logistics facilities in Hungary, including an In-Use Very Good rating for a 10,750 sqm facility at the Budapest-Sziget park. The 21,000 sqm DC7A building at the same logistics park as well as the 8,000 sqm DC8 and two other buildings were awarded BREEAM Good certificates. Prologis recently delivered a 10,600 sqm speculative facility at its Budapest-Harbor park that will be submitted for BREEAM Very Good accreditation. The company operates around 4 million sqm of light industrial and logistics space in 36 parks in Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
