Prologis signed four lease agreements totaling 13,148 sqm at Prologis Park Prague-Airport and Prologis Park Prague Rudná. Country Life took 5,300 sqm at the Rudná park, while 4,700 sqm at the newly completed DC1 building in Prologis Park Prague-Airport went to a retailer, whose name was not disclosed. International logistics provider Lorenc Logistic signed a lease on 2,100 sqm in Rudná, and DB Schenker expanded its space in the same park by an additional 1,000 sqm. Prologis Park Prague-Airport currently includes two buildings totaling 60,000 sqm with a 61,000 sqm of potential build-out space. Prologis Park Prague-Rudná currently comprises of 18 buildings totaling 176,000 sqm of modern distribution space.
