Prologis has signed a new lease agreement on 13,800 sqm and will deliver two new facilities totaling 21,000 sqm at Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget for Waberer’s. “We were looking for a high-quality logistics hub near Budapest and close to a major transport route, and Prologis’ offer fulfilled our expectations with high technical standards, customer service and a premium location,” said Zsolt Barna, director of contract logistics management at Waberer’s. Prologis Park Budapest-Sziget currently features seven buildings totaling 150,000 sqm. Prologis operates more than 640,000 sqm of logistics space in eight industrial parks on the Hungarian market.
