Prologis Slovak Republic Management Senec is planning to build a logistics park in Nitra. Three new warehouses at Prologis Park Nitra are set to go up next to the existing Nitra-Sever industrial park. Prologis believes its park could serve as distribution centers for the automotive parts produced by Jaguar Land Rover, which have plants at Nitra-Sever. It will also offer space for light manufacturing. The project, which will stretch across 200,000 sqm, is currently in the EIA process. Construction is expected to start in the third quarter and will take four years. The investment, valued at €30m, should create 3,810 new jobs.
