Celanese Hungary Ltd. signed a lease on 4,200 sqm at Promenade Gardens, currently underway in Budapest. The companyʼs regional financial and logistics business service center will be located on the first and second floors of the four-tower building. The new tenant plans to move into its new headquarters in April 2018. The property is located on Váci út and offers office solutions across 25,000 sqm on five floors. The project is set for completion at the end of 2017.
