Property Market has announced the start of its investment in Durer Park, a office and residential complex taking up the area of 3,7 hectares next to the City Park in Budapest. The project will be carried out by their subsidiary company Durrer Befektetesi, and it is designed by the Lissoni Casal Ribeiro architects. Current works have begun with the demolition of several old buildings, including St Stephens Grammar School, an old library and swimming pool. The investor has informed, that the old Sacred Heart convent will be incorporated in their project, and the building will be fully renovated.
