Property Team AG is developing a budget hotel project at Airport Leipzig-Halle. Completion is scheduled for Q1 2018. The three-star hotel will include 150 rooms and will be managed by Plateno under its 7 Days Premium brand. The facility will include co-working space and 55 sqm of meeting space. Christie & Co is responsible for finding an investor for the project. The transaction will take place as part of a structured sales process.
