Proposals from AHRESP what to do before reopening restaurants, bars and hotels

Portugal’s Association of Hotels and Restaurants has issued a series of guidelines to the government it believes should be followed once such establishments open again for business. It involves the uniforms, personal protective equipment, cleaning and disinfection measures, as well as protocols for how takeaways, delivery and drive-in service should be handled. The idea is to create restaurant and hotel spaces that both consumers and employees feel confident about in terms of safety. The guide will now be revised by a number of public offices before being finalized.
