The Warsaw office building Prosta Office Centre has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at Very Good level. The rating applies to both the Building Efficiency and the Management Efficiency parts of the certificate. The 9-storey class A office building, located in the vicinity of the Daszynskiego roundabout at Prosta Street, offers 19,000 sqm of office space and 800 sqm of retail and service space. The investor and developer of the project is Ghelamco. The building was commissioned in 2007. Since January 1, Prosta Office Centre has been the property of the German company AMASI Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, managed by KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG, the asset and investment manager of various types of real estate globally. The building’s tenants include Gremi Media, IT Coders Lab School, Monedo Polska, Grey/Poland and the optician Optique.
