In the second half of 2016, Caterpillar Financial Services Poland expanded its office space at Prosta Office Centre in Warsaw, while Caixabank renewed its lease agreement there. In March 2017, a major IT company is scheduled to relocate to the building, and lease over 1,000 sqm. All three companies will occupy a total of 2,200 sqm of space. JLL represented the landlord – CBRE Global Investors, during the renegotiations of lease terms with Caterpillar Financial Services Poland, Caixabank and with the new IT tenant. Prosta Office Centre is located near the Rondo DaszyÅskiego metro station in Warsaw. It offers over 18,000 sqm of office space on 10 floors and three levels of underground parking. The building was delivered in 2007. Prosta Office Centre was BREEAM In-Use International certified āVery Goodā in the category of building management.
