Provident Poland, part of International Personal Finance, has leased 680 sqm at the Business Garden office complex in Poznań. The tenant will relocate to its new offices in December. Provident was represented by Colliers International during the lease process. When completed, Business Garden Poznań will offer a total of 88,000 sqm of modern office and service space in nine buildings. The first phase of the investment, comprising of four office buildings, totaling 42,000 sqm, was delivered in 2015. The second phase of the investment, including five office buildings totaling 46,000 sqm, is currently under construction and scheduled for delivery at the end of 2018.
