Proxenta Investment Group has acquired an industrial and commercial park in Vrable, Slovakia. Located 15, km from Nitra, the 26,000 sqm property is fully-leased to Konsberg Automotive. It uses 20,000 sqm of the space for production and 6,000 sqm as office space. JLL Slovakia acted for the sellers in the transaction. Proxenta is an investment group operating on the Slovak market since 2009 whose portfolio currently exceeds €170m. “We are targeting long-term rental investment projects that provide our company with stable and long-term returns,” Pavol Kožík, Proxenta Group Owner. Peter Nitschneider, Country Manager at JLL Slovakia says the industrial sector has produced nearly 45 percent of the entire investment volume in the real estate sector.
