New Jersey based Prudential Life Insurance Company has taken out a $46.8 million mortgage on the Centergate at Gratigny distribution center in Hialeah. Prudential bought the one million square foot warehouse and a neighboring 29.3-acre vacant lot for $96 million earlier this year. The vacant lot was listed as a future development site for a 630,000 square foot structure. The financing for the loan was provided thru Wells Fargo.
