PSC Group has sold 90 percent of the units in the first phase of its Win Herastrau residential complex in Bucharest. The first phase of the project includes 252 apartments in five buildings. Completion is scheduled for March 2021. The second phase of the project will include 50 apartments in a sixth building. Win Herastrau is going up on 11,500 sqm in the capital’s French Quarter.

Regarding the pandemic of the new coronavirus, we are fully aware that there will be changes in economic and social parameters, with influences on the real estate sector. We recalibrated our work schedule to not put in danger the health of our employees and the general contractor. We focused our efforts on identifying solutions to maintain the pace of execution. We assumed additional costs, and we considered it natural to do so. The results obtained by the entire team in these three months are even above my expectations,” said Cristian Pascu, CEO of PSC Group.
