PSG Group plans to refurbish an 11,400 sqm logistics property it recently bought in Berlin’s Tempelhof district.It is the formercompany grounds of energy company Vattenfall located at Wilhelm-von-Siemens-Strasse 12/14. The company intends to expand 31 small rental units, ranging between 150 sqm and 480 sqm, under the name Manufaktur Tempelhof. The units will be used for wholesale, storage or office space. Construction is set to begin in the second quarter of 2015.
